Kendra-Nicole (RYT200) Is committed to a lifestyle of healing and wholeness through the integration of the mind, body, breath and movement. At the age of 25, Kendra began to have major panic attacks, thyroid issues and sciatic.
In search of something to help bring her inner balance and physical healing she found the practice of yoga. After experiencing the benefits of yoga she decided to become a yoga instructor to help others learn to connect with the natural intuition of their bodies.
Kendra has had the privilege of teaching and being trained in different styles of yoga including, beginner’s yoga, chair yoga, yoga for Veterans, yoga for PTSD, yoga for youth and yin yoga.
Kendra is currently a student at Loyola Marymount University in their Yoga Therapy Program. She enjoys, traveling, laughing, reading, dancing, leading women’s gathering and meeting new people.
