Diane Engeln is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT200) with over 10 years of teaching experience. She is also a holistic health coach certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
As a yoga instructor, she creates a safe container to guide her students toward a personal freedom from stress and imbalance by focusing on the strengthening, energizing and healing aspects of yoga.
Her passion to encourage her students to feel empowered through breath awareness and dynamic energy flow is inspired by the practice of self awareness and compassion that she trusts are the most powerful components of positive change. She instills the same mindful practice of self awareness and compassion with her clients as a health coach.
Diane has learned through her own extreme health challenges that a profound first step to greater health begins with awareness, personal awareness of how you are living your life, along with self-compassion the path of change easily leads to healthier choices and an overall more vibrant way of living.
Through her guidance each client will find results by discovering sustainable, healthier choices that help them reach their health goals. This holistic, mindful approach is tailored to meet each client’s unique, bio-individual, needs as one size does not fit all, and no diet or lifestyle should either. She believes anyone can live a healthy, vibrant life with guidance and loving care.
