Classes are designed to allow space and a positive environment for individuals who want to practice Yoga, Meditation, or Tai Chi – to learn basic techniques, or to deepen an existing practice. Our goal is to equip you with skills and desire to enhance your home practice and confidence to attend a class at any yoga studio or gym. Mid-day classes are designed to fit into a 1 hour break from work, 45 minutes in length, including final relaxation pose. All classes are gentle and don’t require a shower before returning to the office. For Yoga & Tai Chi, wear or bring comfy clothes to change (not needed for meditation). While a bit shorter than most traditional classes, these are designed to eliminate the stress of not being able to get back to work on time, while still allowing you the benefits of relaxation.
